Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at  customer-service@magnetrocks.net . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  customer-service@magnetrocks.net .

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that your return is approved and we initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a couple days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product, with a copy of the receipt, to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
